Mader Insulation

Mader Insulation, led by owner-operator Matt Mader, has over a decade of experience in spray foam insulation, concrete lifting, coatings, and attic blow-ins.

For this project, Matt and his small team worked with a municipality to upgrade a 60’x96’ cold storage shed. Originally quoted for spray foam on the walls and blown insulation in the attic, the project was facing budget constraints.

Matt proposed a more efficient solution: eliminating unnecessary electrical updates and interior coverings, and instead applying spray foam to both the walls and roofline, followed by a DC315 coating to meet occupancy codes. The revised plan not only cut costs but delivered better value and performance. The project was completed in just one week using eight sets of Huntsman HFO 2# foam, 18 pails of DC315 gray, and equipment including a Gusmer H20/35, Fusion ClearShot gun, and Graco GMAX 5900 paint pump. This strategic adjustment was a win for both Mader Insulation and the city.
